
THE 28 DAY GUT RESET
We'll start by exploring the fundamentals of gut health, including the gut microbiome, digestive processes, and common gut issues. Through interactive sessions and educational materials, you'll gain insight into the factors influencing your gut health and identify potential triggers for digestive discomfort thru removing high sensitivity foods from your diet for the 28 days
During the first 2 weeks of the reset your body will go thru a natural detoxification processes and eliminate toxins that may be contributing to gut imbalances including leaky gut. During weekly check ins you will receive information on how to support the process thru nourishing, gut-friendly foods and gentle detox practices to reset your digestive system and promote optimal functioning.
During this time you will also focus on replenishing beneficial bacteria and healing intestinal lining. You'll learn about probiotic-rich foods, supplements, and gut-healing nutrients to support microbial diversity and enhance gut barrier function. We'll also discuss lifestyle factors that promote gut health, such as stress management and sleep quality.
After the 28 days or "reset phase" The last step of the reset is to reintroduce the high sensitivity foods back into your diet with the help of your coach who will help guide your thru this and check in regularly during this phase. Thru a specific reintroduction order we can identify foods that may be causing you digestive upset and easily remove them from the diet for good to help keep optimal gut health moving forward!
